Do you have parking?

We have a several designated complimentary customer parking stalls (angled) on the west side of the building with the entrance off of 17th Ave SW (115 17 Ave SW). There is also street parking between 9 am and 3 pm outside of our building. At the rear of the building, there is also an Indigo paid parking lot.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment through our secure portal here. Please note that CBCT images are only available on Wednesdays when our licensed provider of CBCT services is onsite.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

In the event that you have to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 403-228-8157.

As a patient, will I get a copy of my files?

If you would like a copy of your imaging files, they can be sent securely to you through HIPAA complaint software. No need to sign up for an account. Ask us for more details.

Do I need a referral from a dentist/surgeon to get imaging done?

Yes, you need a referral from a dentist in order to get imaging done at FACE4D. Due to AHS regulations, we cannot accept walk-in patients.

How is billing handled?

We bill direct to dental offices. No payment required when the patient visits our office.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Please bring your referral form and any previous imaging if available. A valid photo ID may also be required.

How long does an appointment take?


Most imaging appointments take between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the type of scan.

Is the imaging process safe?

Yes. We use low-dose, high-resolution imaging technology that meets all safety standards. Our licensed professionals ensure your safety throughout the process.

Can children get imaging done at your clinic?

Yes, we provide imaging services for children, but a referral from a pediatric dentist or specialist is required.

Will my dentist receive the results?

Yes. We send all imaging results directly to your referring dentist or specialist, typically within 24–48 hours.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not bill insurance directly. However, your dental office may include our imaging services in their billing. Please check with them for details.

Is your facility wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our clinic is fully accessible and equipped to accommodate patients with mobility needs.
